The support column values are different owing to the randomisation that happens while the data is split into train and test.

You are absolutely true about comparing the absolute numbers but when done a sufficient number of times, the average scores we obtain should be a reasonable indication of the classifier performance. However, it would make our life easier if we fix the test data. Thanks for bringing this point.
